This is whatever company hoover uses to ship their parts. It is a terrible name but is legit. BTW got great belts from hoover.

I ordered vacuum bags but forgot!..Great source for MANY vacuum needs.Quick delivery and cheaper than local sources.

I bought a filter for vacuum cleaner Red Devil. Absolutely forgot about it mostly cause it was shipped MONTHs after I ordered. Works well, legitimate company.

I thought it was suspicious too but then remembered that I ordered a part for my Hoover carpet cleaner and they said the charge would not come out until shipped. It is a legitimate charge from Hoover for parts.

I also, had forgotten the charge. Couldn't recall at all until I read other comments. The company is legitimate and was very efficient in delivery. Sorry, I initially voted suspicious.

The credit card charge from this company was for a Hoover floor scrubber - totally legitimate and great delivery time from Ohio to California.

Yes I thought it was a scam too, but it may be vacuum belts.

At first I didn't recognize this charge from Hoover because I had ordered a replacement hose from Oreck. When I finally found my note on the order, the nice lady had specifically told me that the charge would appear as RAM prefix.

Just experienced the same suspicion after ordering a part for my electric broom from the Hoover website. My bank notified me of a new charge on my credit card from ram*ttifloorcare, a name I didn’t recognize, but I googled the name and found this site, so the charge is a legit one from Hoover.

Ordered Parts from Hoover and did not recognize the charge. Quite Legit.

I purchased a replacement part for my Oreck air cleaner. This is a legitimate charge.

I thought also it was a suspicious charge until I remember I order a new filter for my vacuum. Lol.

Legitimate charge. I purchased a rug shampooer from Hoover. Paid full price because I couldn't find where to indicate the discount. Next day I claimed the discount through customer service on the phone. ( She was very supportive.) Also sent an email from their site. Reply was not so nice. Thought refund was not going to happen. Surprise!! Refund showed up in my credit card account. I' m glad because I've used Hoover products for over 40 years.

But they changed me to much they charged me to time for the samething the carper cleaner was 199.99 but i wanted to pay 39.95 for 5 months but they charge me 39.95 plus 57.79 i would like my refund

Bought a shampoo machine LAST year, but not from this company. When I called I get a service rep that gives a number for a credit department. You call that number, I got 2 different numbers from 3 different reps and they both say the mailbox is full and no one answered. Kept calling customer service and kept being told to keep calling the credit department. Finally just filed a police report.

I ordered a part for vacuum cleaner order was confirmed January 20 but i have not heard from them.. Definitely a rip off.

here's a thought..... if everyonee thinks this company is a scam, perhaps this company should take note of that, and make the changes needed to stand out as a Legitamate company.....i ordered a floor cleaner a YEAR ago in their payment system with my debit card, 4 payments of 61 bucks....... when I set up my payments I just let them go and assume all is good. NOT a single email from them or invoice from them for am entire year! So, one would think that all is good and paid off! Bought in July, payoff should've been in November after the final payment...... again I've never received anything from this company to notify me that the payments didn't go...... today I get a collection notice (that doesn't even look legit) demanding I pay a collection company now and probably fucking up my stellar credit! It's all very strange, so I called them and of course they're closed! Never had a company not notified you if your late, or you still have a balance or your original card didn't go through.....NEVER! Horrible way to do business!

I've never order anything online. I certainly didn't order 180.00 belts. This showed on my turbo tax card. I'm hoping to figure this out soon single mother who really needs that money for the kids.

Fraudulent charge in my account from Ram*Ttifloorcare.Com. Called Credit Card company and closed account.

I ordered a oneprw cordless vac from Hoover.com but when I got the email showing the order I was only given a 6 digit order # and also showed the wrong vacuum was ordered. I called the next day and customer rep told me that it was a scam and had me reorder the vac but now I have a confirmation # and the payment taken out on my credit card but when I checked with Hoover it does not show the renewed order.

*Invoice does not match credit card statement!* Purchased HEPA filter from Dirt Devil .com. .. This company does the credit card billing .. They took the invoice amount, sales tax, and shipping & handling charge (Total Invoice) from Dirt Devil and then charged me another 7% sales tax on top of it all!!! How crooked is that???
