This charge is seen on your bank when you purchase vending items using your debit card. I get these charges when I purchase items from my work cafeteria or vending machines. It is a legitimate charge and should not be flagged as suspicious, unless of course you haven't purchased anything from any vending services.

Self service payment kiosk for The Butcher Shop micro cafe at the Chambersburg Hospital in Chambersburg, PA. It’s legitimate but I’m going to strongly recommend to suggest they take steps to have their name appear as the vendor to avoid customer confusion.
Yep. It is a Pepsi Vending Kiosk at work. Whew, at first I was suspicious. Work should give a heads up when they encourage you to use the self-service kiosk. I will be emailing work to let them know we are getting billed out of River Falls Wisconsin--a very nice sleepy town on the Minnesota-Wisconsin border on the St. Croix River.
