Charge showed up 9/19/16 as a $39.95 Paypal payment to GYZENENTERP on my Chase credit card statement. But there is nothing matching this on my Paypal account, or in my checking account, to which my Paypal account is also linked. Also checked eBay purchases--nothing there. Something is fishy.
