Appeared on my debit card after withdrawing money from an ATM at Walmart in Portsmouth NH. $163.68. It did not have anything to do with the amount i withdrew or the charge for withdrawl as they appeared seperately. a search for seiyu.com on google claimed seiyu.com is a Japanese company claiming to be affiliated with walmart. A charge from "GMOIPSHIRON" appeared at the same time for $27.43. A search for GMOIPSHIRON found nothing on google. both were unknown and unauthorized charges.
