i recieved a free ecig for filling out a survey for charter cable. i paid the shipping fee with a credit card and 2 weeks later they have charged me another 99.95. calling the credit card tomorrow. i never authorized this and didnt order anything from them

Watch your credit card statements I cancelled over a year ago they keep billing me and have not been sending product. Called several times
Yeah I did a survey n told to pick out things to get for doing a survey n I picked the e cig I only had to pay shipping n handling $4.95 n now I on my credit card statement n it says $99.95 for something I did not order

I'm furious!! I did the same thing. Answered a survey from Amazon, picked the free prize and paid $4.95 for shipping. That was three weeks ago still haven't received the samples, but today when I checked my bank statement $99.95 was drafted out of my account. The weird thing when I called Amazon it's not on my order history. I called the number and spoke very angrily telling them they better get my money back in my account! She said they couldn't out it all back I'll have to send products well how when I've not received the product! I feel so stupid!
