Its Lifetime fitness, if you order from their online store it shows up as LTF Ecommerce and their packages come from Chanhassen
Definitely lifetime fitness. It was for a Best Buy gift card purchase in my instance.
Charge from LTF ECommerce, in which my husband and myself did not make a purchase from Life Time Fitness. Would like to report & if possible find out how they got access to my card/account.
