Although after some research I suspect that this website is creating these posts out of thin air using some questionably obtained information, I have searched all orders around that date and all orders for the entire history of my business and could not find any name with "PORFIRIO" in it neither among registered customers, and among all orders for the past 20 years, in Paypal nor anywhere else. Did you provide a different name in your post that is not your real name? I would recommend looking through your record if you have ordered any collectible world banknotes around that date and look at the sender's addresses on the envelopes that you received by mail. While I never charge anyone's card without the card owner's consent such as a placed order, Paypal is a different beast. Paypal payments can not be "charged". When an online order is placed an owner of the paypal account initiated payments on their own. You must have placed an online order for "banknotes" and paid for it and then forgot that you placed it. Contact Banknotes.com and provide your real full name and they will gladly verify and explain to you what the charge was associate with which order of yours. I am almost sure this has to do with Banknotes.com who sells worldwide collectables such as paper money, stamps, wine labels etc.
