I just found out they've been hitting my card since February. I will prosecute thm to full extent of the law.
I was show out my account of USSCC IVR need help with this compnay
I called my bank right away when I saw the debit on my account and when he told me the day and time the transaction took place I realized it was my us cellular payment. It never showed as USCC IVR Chicago before. It always said US Cellular.
It is not US Cellular i called them and they verified this is not them.
i think something has changed because it never used to say this but my phone stayes on until next my pre-payed is due ,so its gotta be or contracted thru u.s. cellular.
It IS US Cellular if you use 611 for making a payment.

I have a $59 charge from uscc ivr on my PayPal cash card which I did not authorize is this from US Cellular and how do I go about finding out who used my card or if it what number it was used to pay the bill on
I am not a us cellular customer. My card has been charged twice in the last two days for over $100. I tried to contact us cellular to get charges removed for fraudulent activity and they were of no use. They only gave me attitude and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to contact my bank. The rep I spoke with wouldn't even note that they may have hackers using there systems to scam people out of money. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again?

I was charged 243.71on my bank card. I called us cellular and they said it was not credited to my account so u canceled the charge and got it refunded. It was charged two times refunded once and now I'm getting threatened by US cellular to turn off my phones even tho they were paid in full im contacting my attorney.
