What they shipped to me was a counterfeit PC in a box labeled Intel Pocket PC. However when plugged into an HDMI port, it identified itself as a "Wintel" mini PC. They maintain an office in the UK and two different addresses in China. They are listed on my bank statement as Banggoodtec of California. PayPal did little or nothing to guarantee my refund, other than sending me one way emails that could not be answered. I'm still not sure who is the bigger crook, Banggoodtec or PayPal.
I ordered something and charge on debit card says PayPal banggoodtec. Never received merchandise.
