Scam company, took a survey and was rewarded $100 internet purchase thru one of their affiliates. Picked an E-cigarette co. Charged me 9.99 shipping, product was defective, non operational. Was not worth the time to return the product. Next I see a charge on my CC for $99.00 then an email that my other order for supplies has shipped. Never subscribed to their service or authorized monthly charges.
Got email for this e-cig for $4.95 then a popup offered 2 for $9.95 clicked on it. then I got email saying it was shipped. That was on Feb 04, 2016. On Feb 16,2016 they charged me $99.95. THIS IS A SCAM. I NEVER ORDERED BUT WAS CHARGED 99.95 ON MY CC. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE NOR CAN U GET CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Never ordered ($99.95) charge & credited to my account. Credit card people helped me settle charges in the future & was able to get 50% off $99.95 charge. I originally signed on for a $4.95 charge & they took it upon themselves to make me a subscriber. Very deceptive practices.
I GOT AN E.MAIL FROM COMCAST ASKING ME TO TAKE A SURVEY. FOR THIS I CAN CHOOSE THE REWARD GIFT FROM A LIST. I CHOSE THE ELECTRIC CIGARETTE. I ONLY HAD TO PAY POSTAGE. I WAS CHARGED $99.95 FOR SOME SUPPORT THING. THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THAT E-MAIL. THEY USED MY AGREED PAYMENT AND BACK DOORED MY ACCOUNT.
I have been getting billed $29.95 on my bank statement every month. It is from Fec Fastecigs , but I have not received any products from this company. How can I stop this and get my money back and also who do I notify of this scam?
