This appeared on my credit card bill in Aug. 2015, I was in Mexico in May 2015
I was charged for a trip to Puerto Villarta, quoted $299.00 then charged "Upgrade and travel fees" and ended up with $808.21 charged to my card and NO VACATION! I will take legal action if they will not refund. I have tried contacting and they HANG UP ON ME. SCAM.
I paid for a trip for 4 ,on 12/12/14 haven't been able to get in touch with them since that time. Called so many times, put on hold , hung up on , going to attorney general
Took money from credit card for a vacation 6/5 all inclusive. since 20015 i can not find them... Phone numbers for assistant 1-888-889-1979 and 844 - 8592102 for reservation the vacation.
