After not getting any reply from notes/complaints to the merchants I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Today, 1-23-16, upon reviewing charges to a credit card, I noted this name and a charge of $42.49. I made no purchase and am writing to the credit card company to file a complaint of improper charge to protect myself from late fees, as I will not pay the charged amount
This charge is for a product purchased from Enigma Software Group. They run on subscriptions so it may have been a purchase made 6 months ago.
