Govolution*servicefee They have taken money from my credit card for the "bill pay" so they say. This is the first time it has ever happened. They are liars!

They are an electronic payment system and service for other businesses. I paid my utility bill online. They stated there would be a processing fee for making an online payment. Govulution handles the processing. People need to pay attention and read before they click submit payment. Don't get pissedboff because you didn't read!

My credit card was charged $1 and the only time I used my card during that billing month was a single transaction at a gas pump. This $1 charge was on a different day than my fuel transaction. Looks like theft to me!
