I ordered some enlargements of photos, to be framed. Five in all. One very large, four smaller. Items arrived, but with no paperwork. They were all in one piece. However, we have only just finished decorating the room and a professional arrived yesterday to hang them. We can now see a large air bubble on the large picture, and shreds of black card cover the cream mount. I cant get hold of anyone and the only paper trail I now have is the one box I kept which has all their details on. Have emailed them, but as they say they are no longer trading internationally, I dont expect much response.
