Just noted a charge to our ATM card online on August 17, 2017

Will notify bank. That means I will have to wait to receive another ATM card. This has happened too many times.

I bought a medic alert bracelet from them. I opened up the box and realized I couldn't wear it, it was hideous. I called them immediately to tell them I am returning it and please return my $29.99 from my credit card co. They refused. I sent them back the bracelet, they sent it back to me, the post office was charging me another $10.29 for shipping! I told them I was contacting the Better Business Bureau for the $29.99 and they responded it was their policy to keep the money even though the merchandise is returned. No where is this policy listed, nor did they tell me on the phone when I first ordered the medic alert. I have contacted the BBB in Connecticut and am putting them on Yelp. How do they keep my money when I don't have their merchandise?
