It is a scam for definite.
Concerned based on the charge name, but I did purchase an airport limousine from Jeonju to Seoul, so this makes perfect sense. If you didn't purchase a airport limousine, maybe be concerned
this is a charge for the bus taking over while standard bus is on strike. Limousine is the term used for Bus in korea.
If you were not in Korea you may have been scammed, i was recently there and took the limousine bus, this is the name that appeared on my $8.00 charge but was not on my actual receipt. This just may be their trading name. in my case it was not fraud.
This charge came from buying a city bus ticket from the airport in Seoul.
I took the bus also and showed EASY INTERNET STO 5553 showing up. and it lines up to the bus ticket.
Similar issue at the airport, we bought two (2) bus ticket and obtained a similar description on your statement
