I received a charge from you on my Discover Card Account, dated 09/07/18 for $15.36. I would like to know what the charge was for? Thank you!

I haven't used a specific Visa for quite some time and today I grabbed it for lunch at a local Rubios. I personally inserted the card into the card reader. Within 10 minutes of using the card, a charge for 15.48 from "AMW*AMWAY ORDER" showed up on my account. within one minute, a crediit for the same amount showed up on my account. I then received a fraud alert from Chase. When I called, they wanted to shut down my account and issue a new card, but this damaged your credit as it shows up in Chase's system as a new account and impacts the average age of your credit accounts negatively. I chose not to close the card down and will watch it closely, but dammit, I wish these scumbags would just go get a real job instead of ripping people off.

I had two fraudulent charges in 2020 with "AMW*AMWAY ORDER" as the description... The first one was discovered by my credit card company and was recovered (several months after it posted), the second one I am reporting now.
