Last month I got a charge for $8.26 by them, and that was the day I bought and charged hamentashen at the Ma'afah bakery, and that was about how much I spent. It's clear to me that this is the 3rd party company they've hired to do their billing, and I'm sure many other vendors use them too. Bitachon means trust or assurance. The poster or complainer has just forgotten what he bought that day. Very easy to do.
