bank sent an alert that your credit card being charged by DWI of Tampa Bay and we promptly declined it.
Got this charge on my debit card, my bank detected it was fraud and declined it. I have never been to tampa and this medical place that the charge came from is not in business, it is definitely fraudulent.
Received a charge for the ER from DWIC of Tampa Bay for 117.71! Not possible. Never been to the ER nor any Hospital in years! My credit card company flagged it right away and declined it!
MedExpress an urgent care in the Tampa Bay Area (Brandon/Valrico, Fl) used this for their patient charges. I signed a payment form during my visit that advised this would be the name charged. This is not a scam for me.
This is how Med Express bills for insurance and patient billing. I saw this on my Explanation of Benefits. I did 2 minutes of research and found out this is a legitimate charge for me as I did go to urgent care.
