Khalid Mahmood stole an extra $192.98 over the correct $50.00 fee for a ride from Union Station to Skokie, Illinois on October 26, 2018.
This man (Khalid Mahmood) is a sneaky thief...he will add charges to your charge card and drive off without giving you a receipt. Then you will not be able to void the charges from your card, because they will say that you got a service from the transaction. Lesson learned: Never pay any driver with a credit card...use CASH ONLY!!
