It was an overseas transaction ($0.14), and none of my previous transactions had anything to do with this (never even used this card for overseas payments). Thankfully was still showing as a pending charge from 4 days earlier so I was able to report it and empty what was left in the account. I have no idea how someone was able to charge this to my account. Very strange transaction.
