I was charged $29.95 for a subscription I did not order. Telephone number(s) 800-916-8329, and 866-314-2418. The recorded message states "customer relationship services" and places you 'on hold' with music; does not answer. Called again and a recording says "our systems are unexpectedly not available; call back in one hour".
